Your choice is remembered without a cookie
When you press OK or Turn off analytics, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so the notice does not keep coming back.
The spam check
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It runs from Cloudflare's own servers and set no cookies on this site when tested. Cloudflare's privacy policy explains how Turnstile works.
Turning analytics off
Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page and choose Turn off analytics. Google Analytics then stops loading and its cookies are deleted. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
