Who this covers

These terms apply to work done by The Wright Click LLC.

One-time builds

Builds are paid in two parts: 50% to start and 50% at launch.

If you cancel before design work begins, your deposit is refunded in full.

Once design work has begun, the deposit covers the work already done and is not refunded. You keep the plan and any designs produced up to that point.

The second payment is due at launch. If something does not work as agreed, it gets fixed at no charge.

Care plans

Care plans are month to month. You can cancel any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Months already started are not refunded, and unused edit time does not carry over or turn into a refund.

Full service plans

Full service plans include the build and have an 8-month minimum, then run month to month. If you cancel during the first 8 months, the remaining months of the minimum are still owed. After the minimum, cancel any time before your next billing date.

Change requests

Changes billed at the $75 hourly shop rate are charged for the time worked and are not refundable once done. If a change was done wrong, it gets fixed at no charge.

Founding client offer

The founding discount (30% off a one-time build, or 20% off a monthly plan for the 8-month minimum) is given in exchange for a written testimonial and permission to show the work. Refunds on discounted plans follow the same rules as above, based on the discounted price.
