About these terms
These terms cover use of thewrightclick.com and work done by The Wright Click LLC, owned by Cody Wright in Canandaigua, NY. By using the site or hiring The Wright Click LLC, you agree to them.
Prices and agreements
Prices on this site are starting points. Each project gets a written quote before work begins, and the quote you approve is what you pay. If the scope changes, the price change is agreed in writing first.
Payment
One-time builds are paid 50% to start and 50% at launch. Care and full service plans are billed monthly. Changes outside a plan are billed at the $75 hourly shop rate in 15-minute steps, with a 30-minute minimum. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, logos and other content you provide, and that they do not break anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your content.
Your website and domain
Once a one-time build is paid in full, the finished website is yours. Your domain name stays registered in your name. On full service plans, the website is yours when the plan ends, with no buyout fee.
Edits and fair use
Care plans include a set amount of edit time each month for reasonable edits. Larger work, like new pages or redesigns, is quoted separately. Extra pages after launch are $300 each.
This website
Content on thewrightclick.com, including text, design, code and photos, belongs to The Wright Click LLC and may not be copied without permission. The site is provided as is; it is kept accurate, but it may change without notice.
Limits
The Wright Click LLC is not responsible for losses caused by things outside its control, such as outages at hosting, domain or email providers. Liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
